The LMM · Anvil · Orion · Atlas

Three suites. One platform.

The Large Manufacturing Model is Nemi's own set of tools for design, the factory floor and the field, each using the third-party AI models best suited to the task. Every screen on this page is a real screenshot.

We run the LMM on our own programs first: customer work and internal builds in our factories in India. This is what the design side has done so far.

35+Programs run through the LMM in the past 12 months
~9×Design output per engineer vs the pre-LMM baseline
~3×Faster design lead time
~3×Fewer engineers for the same design work

Management-measured on customer and internal programs against pre-LMM baselines for similar work (man-hours, elapsed hours and number of engineers); unaudited and not independently verified. The ~9× is the combined effect of ~3× faster design and ~3× fewer engineers per design package, not three separate gains.

Anvil

Design & engineering

Anvil takes a part from a prompt or a sketch to an engineering release: parametric mechanical CAD, electronics, simulation and PLM in one tool, on one data backbone.

The same capabilities cover electronics, battery packs and motors, drawing on our characterized BMS and motor design libraries.

  1. 01Prompt → concept → CAD
  2. 02CAD → tool design
  3. 03Tool design → simulation
  4. 04BOM release → PLM

Orion

Factory operating system

Orion is a digital twin and ERP for the factory floor. It collects granular data from the floor and, in pilot, directs the people on it.

Next, it becomes the orchestration layer for robots: a family of low-cost arms designed in Anvil and programmed in plain language. Low-cost robotics are in development.

Atlas

Commercial & post-sales

Atlas runs the commercial side and follows products into the field. The CRM is live; post-sales usage tracking is in pilot.

The aim is a closed loop: what we learn from units in the field feeds the next design in Anvil. That loop is on our roadmap.

How far along each part is. We label every capability one of three ways, and use the same labels everywhere we talk about the LMM.

LiveIn use on Nemi programs today. Design and engineering (Anvil) and the CRM (Atlas).
PilotPartial or prototype. Parts of the factory floor (Orion) and the post-sales loop (Atlas).
RoadmapNot yet built. Closed-loop iteration from field data back into design, and robots run by the ERP.
