Anirudh Ravi Narayanan

Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Narayanan founded Nemi and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, bringing experience across aerospace and defense engineering, advanced manufacturing and business strategy. Prior to founding Nemi, Mr. Narayanan held positions at McKinsey & Company, where he worked within the firm's Digital and Industrial practices. Earlier in his career, he held engineering positions in the aerospace and defense electronics industry. Since founding Nemi, Mr. Narayanan has overseen the development of the Company's manufacturing operations and its expansion into AI-driven engineering and manufacturing solutions. Mr. Narayanan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Sam Swaminathan

Chief Business Officer & Director

Mr. Swaminathan serves as Chief Business Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Nemi, bringing extensive experience in enterprise technology, business development, strategic investments and corporate leadership. Prior to joining Nemi, Mr. Swaminathan served as Senior Vice President at Fractal Analytics and Vice President at Aztec Software. He is also a General Partner at De La Crème Ventures, where he is involved in venture capital investments and supporting emerging businesses. Mr. Swaminathan was an early investor in Nemi and has contributed to its strategic direction and business development initiatives. Mr. Swaminathan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Jingjing Kanik

Independent Director

Dr. Kanik serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Nemi, bringing experience in data science, advanced analytics and business strategy. Dr. Kanik currently serves as Executive Director of Data Science at CVS Health, where she holds a leadership position within the Company's data science organization. Prior to joining CVS Health, Dr. Kanik held a position at McKinsey & Company, gaining experience in strategic consulting and analytical problem-solving. Dr. Kanik holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering focused on machine learning and computer vision from Yale University.

Manoj Ganesh

Independent Director

Dr. Ganesh serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Nemi, bringing experience in industrial automation, process development and advanced manufacturing technologies. Dr. Ganesh currently serves as Senior Staff Process Scientist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he works in process science and technology development. During his tenure at Regeneron, he co-led the company's Center of Automation, supporting the development and implementation of automation capabilities. Dr. Ganesh holds a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from New York University Polytechnic.
